Cancellation Policy

​

No less than 48 hours cancellation notice when canceling all appointments. As I understand life happens, however, please cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled time, directly online. By doing so I am able to present an opportunity to pass on the time slot to another guest on my waitlist. Guests get automatic text confirmations as well as email reminders for their appointments.  If the appointment is not canceled you agree to forfeit your deposit.

Late Appointments

​

A 15 minute grace period is given. I do understand circumstances arise beyond our control. However, I kindly ask that I'm given a courtesy call or text  in the unlikely event you're running late. After 15 minutes your appointment will have to be rescheduled and or be cancelled. I do my best to max your precious time to the best of my abilities, respectfully please return the favor. 

 

The salon is closed Saturdays and Sundays. I'm good about promptly replying to emails. That being said, if I don't get back to you right away,

a guaranteed response is sure to present itself during normal business hours!

Tipping Memo

​

Tipping is a choice not a demand! Although appreciated in the past, I am no longer accepting tips! By doing so, I am able to make my check out experience less stressful for my guests. Even better than a tip, if you really want to do something nice for me, leave an honest review of your salon experience with me on google, yelp or Vagaro :)

NEW Notice: Pricing for Weekends Changes!

​

Effective Immediately: In the event that a Saturday or Sunday is open for booking, please take note that premium pricing  is in effect when booking as these work hours are outside of my regular business hours. This 1.5% percentage increase only applies to hours outside of operating business hours (Saturday & Sunday).

Loyalty Points!

​

Every time you choose to do services with me, points for those services automatically get added to your account. One point is added for every dollar you spend on services.(example: a hair cut is $75 so you would have obtained 75 points at the end of your service. ) *Services equal points simple as that!  What these points get you when enough are obtained:

500 Points - any free travel size Kevin Murphy Trial size Shampoo or Conditioner of your choice

1000 Points - any free full size of Kevin Murphy Shampoo or Conditioner of your choice

*Not all services apply. Color Corrections, Hair Extensions, Mens Hair Systems, and hourly service agreements are excluded from this program. To find a list of all the services and points, hit any service tab menus on this website.

Points EXPIRE completely at the end of every year and restart every JAN 1.
